The 1P360S platform is designed to serve as a comprehensive portal for managing the configuration of various security services tailored for small and medium-sized organizations. Through the platform's control panel, users can activate, configure, or deactivate all functionalities, including MySecurity, MyCompliance, MyEducation, MyDocuments, and MyApplications.
Upon initial registration, subscribers will be required to complete a technical questionnaire. This process will facilitate the generation of a Security Plan, which will guide all subsequent steps in enhancing the organization's security framework. A detailed cost estimate proposal will also be provided, outlining the setup and annual expenses associated with safeguarding the organization.

Upon approval of the Security Plan, which has been proposed and reviewed with the customer, a dedicated Customer Portal is established specifically for that customer. This portal features a distinct technological infrastructure and associated databases that are not shared with any other customers. Additionally, the portal is customized to reflect the customer's visual identity, including specific colors and the company logo. The Customer Portal is the central platform where the customer, its stakeholders, and its users can access and manage all security-related functionalities.
