Abuse Policy

Our Abuse Policy is a crucial tool in our commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. It is designed to address and resolve all reported violations thoroughly and diligently. We take all reports of abuse seriously and commit to conducting a comprehensive investigation into each case. If you encounter content on 1 Partner 360 Security tools that you believe violates our Terms of Service, we encourage you to report the violation. Upon receiving a report, we will initiate an investigation and take necessary actions. We will contact you only if we require additional details or have pertinent information to share. Please note that we may close a report without a response if we determine that the reported instance does not constitute a violation.

We have a comprehensive zero-tolerance policy for any form of content that exploits children. This includes, but is not limited to, images, videos, or any other media that depicts child abuse or exploitation. If any accounts are found to be sharing or publishing such content, immediate termination of the accounts will take place, and a detailed report will be submitted to law enforcement authorities for further action. Violators may also face legal consequences.

Users are expected to refrain from publishing or transmitting sexually explicit material while utilizing 1 Partner 360 Security. Your adherence to this policy is appreciated as it contributes to maintaining a professional and respectful environment for all users.
4. Promotes hatred, violence, illegal or offensive activities
The promotion of hatred, violence, illegal activities, or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited. This includes the publishing of unlawful, hateful, racist, discriminatory, or harassing content. Additionally, content that violates the privacy and legal rights of others is not allowed.
5. Spam, malware, and phishing
The use of 1 Partner 360 Security for sending unsolicited mass emails, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or engaging in phishing activities is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to the transmission of harmful software, deceptive emails, and fraudulent attempts to obtain sensitive information.
6. Copyright infringement
We are committed to upholding copyright laws and takes any instances of copyright infringement seriously. If a user on the 1 Partner 360 Security platform is found to have infringed on your work, we will take immediate and appropriate action by our established policies and procedures.
7. Personal and confidential information
We strictly prohibit publishing personal and confidential information without explicit consent. This includes but is not limited to the individual’s full name, phone number, address, social security number, credit card number, government-issued identification card details, and bank information.
